V.G Subhramanian (B. Com, B.L, FCA)

Mr. Subhramanian has both a chartered accountancy qualification and a law qualification which together have been a boon for his service in the legal field and for more than 30 years in the corporate arena. He had been the head of finance and legal departments in various companies of a sizable nature and has been with a pan-India law firm as Partner for over 3 years.

Mr. Subhramanian has handled, coordinated, and strategized matters in Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Steel, Indirect and Direct Taxes, Land and Property, Real Estate Infrastructure, Criminal (for corporate scions), DRT and Banking matters. He has over 15 years of experience in indirect taxes and was on various committees on taxation. He has published numerous articles on taxation and maintains a regular newsletter. He has been a lecturer on both tax and law matters.

He has overseen cases in almost all High Courts in India and has been handling matters in Supreme Court from the inception of his career over 30 years ago. He has also been associated with various Tribunals and the Competition Commission.

Mr. Subhramanian has developed his own unique paradigm in the â€œtimingâ€ of Legal Moves. He is also known for his drafting and presentation skills and has an effective network of eminent lawyers from across the country.

Last year, he worked with National Institute of Smart Government on a World Bank â€“aided project on revamping of the VAT system in Assam. His report with recommendations was accepted in toto by Assam Government and World Bank.

Mr. Bishnu Agarwalla (FCA, DISA and Forensic Auditor)

Bishnu is a Chartered Accountant and carries a Diploma in Information System Audit (ICAI) with specialization in Internal Audit, Risk Management, IT Security & Audit, Forensic & Cyber Investigations, Special Management Audits. He is also a qualified Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from ICAI

Bishnu has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of Risk Advisory Services, SOX Compliances, Forensic etc. He carries rich experience and has worked across various geographies & industries such as Banking, IT Automobile, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, Oil and natural Gas, etc. He was associated with reputed organization in his last stint with Royal Bank of Scotland, Deloitte, HCL.

Bishnu has also worked in RBS India Development Center wherein he has done Data Analytics for Uister Bank Ireland as a Finance Controller.

Bishnu was part of the team in various IT Audits and has lead the IT General Control testing for CG (Crompton Greaves). Currently Bishnu is leading and managing multiple assignments which involves forensic, internal audits and other regulatory compliances.
